Error Message on iPhone Roku: Unable to connect to “Roku Streaming Stick”
All aspects of my brand new Roku Streaming Stick + are working in my hotel room except for AirPlay from my iPhone or iPad. When I select the Roku Streaming Stick on Screen Mirroring, on either my iPad or iPhone, I get the following error message: Unable to connect to “Roku Streaming Stick.” When I open the Roku App on either device and select Devices, it shows No devices found. All OS are up to date, the Roku is hours old and the Apps have just been downloaded. I have tried multiple resets on the Roku, software and network settings to no avail. Help!
