Hi everyone,
This one is driving me crazy. I bought 3 of these units and the first 2 on the app came up with the picture of the device. The 3rd one is not showing the same picture it has a question mark. It doesn't seem to be affecting the performance of the unit, it is just annoying that all 3 are not the same. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

I had the same problem, so I uninstalled the Roku app, and reinstalled it. Now it shows up correctly!

Thank you for the response. That is the one thing I didn't try. I am not sure why I didn't think of that... lol
