Just today I can’t sign into the mobile app, but I can sign into the website just fine
I got mine working today. I just had to re download Roku, connect to a device (in my case it would be my tv with built in Roku), THEN sign in. I hope that helps you

Same here, just installed the mobile app to use with our new Stick/projector combo and it says my password is incorrect. Since I had just changed to a new PW and was logged into Roku on my laptop I knew that to be incorrect. A quick search here showed that the issue has been around since 2019 and a patch supposedly fixed it. Hoping someone from Roku can shed light here.
