Are you using the Roku mobile app to watch Cinemax through a premium subscription on The Roku Channel, or are you trying to watch in a browser? Are you using any bluetooth audio devices, such as headphones when you are watching content? Any additional details you can provide would be helpful so we can assist you further.
The audio sync issue is only occurring on the livestream from Cinemax West on a premium subscription through Roku. Cinemax East and Both HBO livestreams are not affected. It is also occurring on the Roku Ultra itself, the mobile app on both IOS and iPadOS as well as multiple browsers (Chrome and variants, Firefox) on Windows 8.1 and 10. The are no Bluetooth devices or headphones involved.
