Audio sync issue with Cinemax West livestream

Grossly out of sync audio with the Cinemax West livestream using the mobile app. No audio sync issue with any other stream. Happens on both PC and IOS.

@GCW Thanks for reaching out. Could you please clarify a bit more about the issue you are seeing? Are you using the Roku mobile app to watch Cinemax through a premium subscription on The Roku Channel, or are you trying to watch in a browser? Are you using any bluetooth audio devices, such as headphones when you are watching content? Any additional details you can provide would be helpful so we can assist you further.

The audio sync issue is only occurring on the livestream from Cinemax West on a premium subscription through Roku.  Cinemax East and Both HBO livestreams are not affected. It is also occurring on the Roku Ultra itself, the mobile app on both IOS and iPadOS as well as multiple browsers (Chrome and variants, Firefox) on Windows 8.1 and 10. The are no Bluetooth devices or headphones involved.

Thanks for the added details! These are helpful. Could you also provide a few more details about your mobile device, including:

- The model of iOS device you are using, and the version of iOS it is running. 

- The version of the Roku mobile app you have installed

iPhone 6 running IOS 12.4.5

iPad Pro running iPadOS 13.x (recently upgraded to 13.4 but was happening on previous 13.x)

Mobile app 6.2.2.6
