When I attempt to add a new channel from my phone, I'm given an error saying the device isn't linked to the same email address as the app, it is though. I was able to add channels before from the app with no problems.

Are you still able to add the channels through the Roku device or online through the Roku Channel Store? Have you tried restarting your device and reconnecting to see if that resolves your issue?
