Are there any upgrade offers available for a 3100X (Roku2 XS)?
That one is way old. Good Luck(and nice try)
Some Roku's are kinda cheap I think.

Thanks for the inquiry.
Please be aware that the Roku 2 XS (3100) is a much older device. However, we would be happy to see what we can do to help get you back up and running.
Please feel free to send me a PM with your Roku account email address and the serial number of your Roku device (printed on the side/back of the device) and I'll have our support team reach out directly to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny
Thanks RokuDanny-R, I just PM'd you...
Hi I have a Koku 2 xs 3100x unit.
I keep seeing on the tv that I am eligible for a upgrade for the cost of $15.00. When I click on it, I am ask for my pin number. I can not find my old pin number.
I have my serial number from the bottom of my unit.
Am I eligible for an upgrade?
I have a Roku2 XS in a spare bedroom. It doesn't get used very often but I tried it today. The screensaver shows an "Exclusive upgrade for you" for a Roku Express for $20. When I go to the upgrade offer screen, there's a "Buy now" & "Email offer" button but both are ghosted out. The description on the lower right corner of the screen says "Ends 10/31/2020". It's not listed on my Account page under Special Offers or Upgrades. How can I get this offer? Thanks.
Never mind. I just started clicking all the buttons on the remote until I finally hit the right one. I think the back button did it, not sure, I was clicking like crazy!
I have a Roku 2XS. I understand there is a promotion for me to upgrade to a Roku express for $15. Can someone please tell me how to do this? I see other people have asked the question but I’m not really seeing an answer. I would love to upgrade. Thank you.
I have the same issue
Since they have no customer service available, not even in charge, I reached out to them through Facebook messenger. Initially someone contacted me and said that they would have a response for me but that was the last I heard of it. I ordered some Roku‘s from Amazon, but I returned them. If I can’t get customer service, that doesn’t work for me. But I figured I would give it a try. I still have this piece, if they cut back to me great. If not, it’s just an example of a poor business practice.
