Support didn’t get back to me

So I received and email that I need to update my player before it becomes obsolete and with the email was an offer to buy the new express at $15. Clicked the added link and it’s not listed in my list of upgrades. So I sent an email to support last Wednesday. Yesterday was the last day of the offer and still no one has contacted me back. Not sure what to do next.

Still no reply and the deal has passed. So much for the auto message saying someone will get back to me. 😢
