Turned on my TV a and while ROKU comes up I can do absolutely nothing with remote. It won’t allow me to do home, nothing! I only use the Roku on this particular TV set, the Home Screen says stuff about iOS 10 something and after a while it scrolls to the normal background of the houses.
I moved fairly recently and don’t know the exact model, it’s just a streaming stick and the microphone button is directly be.ow the purple down error. I would appreciate any insight from Roku to fix this. The streaming stick itself is maybe 18months old.
