Please be aware that the Roku HD is an older device model. The Settings page should accessible through the Home page.
If you are still in need of assistance with connecting to your network, please send me a PM with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number of the Roku device from Settings>System>About. I'll be able to assist you further from there.
