Every time my Roku 3 loses power I have to re-login to all the services I subscribe to. Is this normal? I don't remember it happening in the past. My subscribed services is not a large list, just 5, but I use 16-20 character random passwords so the effort is time consuming. Are the credentials not stored in NVRAM or battery backed up RAM? If they are supposed to be in battery backed up storage do I need to replace an internal battery? I tried adding an 8 GB USB thumb drive after the user interface suggested adding an SD card, hoping that might help but so far it hasn't. Could the USB thumb drive be too big? I just tried a factory reset which was suggested in another thread but I am not hopeful.
