I need to help to find out who do I contact to exchange my Roku Premium. When I turn on Ruku the display shows white lines tried everything from reset unplugging the system and nothing seems to take away the white lines I figured it’s a damaged item now and I would like to exchange for a new one since I’m still on the warranty but I can’t contact anybody customer service number doesn’t answer and I try to get into the customer support and if that doesn’t open either. Very frustrated the way we could hand those customer service and our exchanges or returns
