Thanks for reaching out. That model of Roku device is no longer supported for software updates, and is no longer supported by many channel providers. It is one of our earliest Roku models. As the demands of the streaming ecosystem have grown over the years, hardware requirements have changed and some devices are no longer capable of supporting today's more modern software and services. We had messaged all customers with this model of device last year when this change was announced, and offered to help provide additional options to transition into a newer device.
