Channel Installation Failure

Hai All

One of My Clients has ROKU 2 XS 3100EU and software version 9.1.0 .build 5006-02 and every time he tried to add a public channel called WaaziTv(developed by me)  into his account it says could not add error. No other model has no issue adding that channel and also The Channel is available for all regions. I am not sure what is going wrong?

The Roku 2 XS is a second generation Roku, released in 2011 - we're now on generation 8 equipment. The 2 XS is considered by Roku to be a legacy model and is incapable of running newer versions of the Roku operating system (currently on OS 9.3).

I can't speak to your app, but many modern apps will not run on that old a unit.

As @makaiguy mentioned, the Roku 2XS is a much older device.
