I am trying to find and load youtube TV.  My email at the time of purchase was [personal information removed] which no longer exist.

@rauljviera, the 3050 is no longer receiving updates and I don't believe it could ever run the bloated pig that is YouTube.  You should check your offers to see about getting a deal on a new device.
