3900 model is not loading the spectrum streaming app ...

Roku msg. keeps telling me to check the network connection. Checking the network connection tells me that the connection is valid and working. Contacted spectrum and was told by spectrum tech that this is an issue with roku ...

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.

Do you get an error message when you try to access Spectrum or other channels installed on your Roku device? If you're receiving the error 'Can't run channel', visit this thread or this link for updates.
