Since there is so much spam coming in, can I make an old school suggestion of creating a voting system on a post, if a post gets enough active users marking it as spam maybe it gets held out of view until a moderator can check it and determine it to be spam or not be spam.
Also a thumbs up or down system would be nice, then we can jump right to the best answers for questions based on votes... Just some of the things I see on the older developer sites that seem to work well and are liked by the users..
