Hi Im new to this but I am having an issue with connecting my wistia account/feed to my newly set up Roku channel via Direct publisher, I have run the link through JSONLint and it says its valid but the feed status is always "The feed format is invalid. We are unable to parse it." at the moment...I have no clue what to do nest...
Also the categories I cannot add a new one for some reason? is this a related issue to the above???
I think these should be straightforward things but not turning out to be???
Any help to resolve please!!!
