Trickplay FHD not showing in RDP player

Roku Direct Publisher is not showing Trickplay (bif) files that are marked as FHD quality in JSON feed .

In the feed specification it shows 2 options HD or FHD. Screen Shot 2020-02-24 at 9.46.21 PM.png

I logged the bug, for now my work-around is to change the quality in the feed to HD, although the bif files are FHD.

Anyone else have the same problem with BIF FHD?

How are you creating the BIF file?  Could this be a problem with the way the file is created?

They are using Biftool, I think the file is fine because when I change the quality key value from FHD to HD in the feed it works fine.

Is someone creating the file for you?  How are the images for the bif created?  What parameters are used?

Re: Trickplay FHD not showing in RDP player

Both, I create them using biftool and I get the files form my client.

The Bif files are correct, it works on my custom Roku app and it works on Roku Direct Publisher when its set to HD in the feed.
