@omg-79 , you could go into your Feed URL and re save the existing feed , then publish the channel again.
it worked for some of my clients who had the same issue like you have.
Greetings, I have the same problem, my channel was working well and suddenly I stop loading the video, I have changed everything, the links and even the server and nothing remains the same.
There was an email sent Friday night, about certain https methods no longer being valid? It was very last minute & technical, but, sounds coincidental to the timing of yours no longer working. Read here: https://community.roku.com/t5/Roku-Developer-Program/Potential-service-disruption-Upcoming-SSL-certi...
Maybe either your videos, or json feed use this method of SSL encryption?
I'm not sure that email applies to Direct Publisher channels. And, even if it did, most channel developers use a service that would not allow them to make the necessary changes to correct the issue.
More importantly is the ominous response I received from Roku Pam regarding an open issue I have with testing feed files before they become public. Her response:
...but, I have submitted several bugs in the last few weeks that could be related to the issues you're seeing. I'm working with that engineering team this week to see when the issue can be resolved.
The "several bugs" comment has me concerned. Once again, there appears to be a host of outstanding bugs/issues on the DP platform.
