Our channel was submitted to be published for about 1.5 weeks. I keep checking and nothing.
I tried to re-publish and see an error at the top of the publish page:
There was an error with your channel. Please try again or contact technical support.
Well, I did contact them and true to form, they have not responded.
To try and find the issue, I went through each check item for the channel and at the monetization one, when I clicked OK without changing anything (it is set to not be monitized) I get the error that the server URL could not be validated. Assuming that is the AD server. It is not even an option for non monitized channels.
Any ideas on how to get past this?
