Need Roku support: Test channel not updating with new content
Playing around with creating a series on a test channel before I roll it out. First I tested one video file, it worked correctly. So I added a few more. My json file status is good, shows the correct number of items ingested. (5)
When I refresh my player, the page is blank. It is also blank in the Roku Stream/RAF tester. On another forum, it was suggested I contact Roku directly, as the issue would be on their end.
So who do I contact for this type of problem?
