I am having the same problem, the company does not take phone calls on the number listed on credit card where they took my payments
I have bought 3 new systems, the remotes stop working .Remote work for 1 or 2 week and go bad.
I have tried to cancel can not get anyone to talk with.
Says use remote and my new remotes doe not work
