Boomerang can create their Roku channel whenever they feel like it. This isn't the right section for that tho, this is for people with questions about creating their own channels and how-to, not alerts for other businesses & what's in their pipeline. You could email Boomerang support and ask. I found this article from a quick Google search of it which reads "Boomerang will launch on iPad, iPhone, desktop, as well as most major Android phones and tablets, with even more devices and platforms soon to follow after launch!" - March 8, 2017
