what is the different between Roku® Streaming Stick®+ version 2017 and 2019 version?
may I know the exact model/version number for 2017 and 2019.

I think they're the same. Both model numbers were (and still are) 3810.
If the remote has a MUTE key then its a 2019 Roku stick+. The 2017 didn't have MUTE key.
