I recently bought a SanDisk Ultra 256GB USB 3.1 Flash Drive because I have different videos that range from five to 25 minutes long. So, I was wondering if I need to change the file format on my usb to be compatible with my roku tcl 43" Class 4-Series 4K UHD/HDR tv? And if so to what should I reformat my usb to?

Have you already tried and it doesn't work? The drive should probably be formatted as standard FAT32 to be most compatible, and is typically what most are pre-formatted as.
