Hello. I was granted access to a uncertified channel. I received the appropriate link from the vendor and all seemed to go ok. I have waited about 2hrs and the channel is still unavailable to me (via system update). It should only take a few minutes. I tried the channel activate a couple of times. What do I do now?

Thanks for the prompt reply. I know the developer. It is a beta version of their app.

Do you have a current model of Roku or something that's really old? It's also possible that the settings for the channel/app are misconfigured to only work on certain models or in certain regions.
