TV is broken & I can't find a way to get to the access code to enable Roku on my computer. This subject isn't addressed by any of the items listed and there is no live chat. I am at a loss. I would like to pause my subscription until I can resolve this issue or buy another tv. Can anyone help me?
You can only get The Roku Channel on your computer. Any other "channels" that were available on your Roku would have to have another way to view them on a computer that has nothing to do with Roku. A computer isn't a substitute for a Roku device. What is your subscription for? You can manage your subscriptions paid through Roku at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions. If you paid directly to some provider then you'd have to go through them.
