subscrptions

I have subscribed to a channel called NFHS. It says I'm subscribed through March 2, 2021. When i go to watch it, it tells me I need to subscribe.  When I click on Subscribe, i get a Roku popup that says I'm already subscribed to this channel.  The popup then says, "Please sign in to this channel to start streaming."  So I just keep go around in circles.  Is there some "sign-in" place I need to go to.

In another area of ROKU it says "The subscription for 'Monthly Pass' is current and will renew on 3/2/2021.  Do I need to cancel subscription and re-subscribe?

Make sure the email address that shows on your Roku under Settings->System->About matches the email address you're using to log in at https://my.roku.com .
