There isn't a current model that comes with an SD slot, so you'd have to go used. Technically it shouldn't be necessary, but as you've seen many people would state otherwise. The newer models tend to come with more storage, so it does make it less of an issue.
Edit: The Ultra LT available at Walmart still has a microSD slot, but it's a generation behind the 2020 Ultra.
