roku device that uses composite?

what roku model uses COMPOSITE cables and can connect to a wi fi internet service? how is this done? I am writing for someone else. [personal information removed]

I don't believe there are any current models with composites outputs.  The last one that had them was the Express+ model 3910.  Note that Roku likes to use the same name for models with different capabilities and the current Express+ (model 3931) does not have composite outputs.

Although current Roku models only output via HDMI, you can get an HDMU-to-Composite adaptor (often called HDMI-to-RCA).

Just be sure you get HDMI->RCA, not RCA->HDMI.
