every couple of minutes a menu appears on the screen.  I press exit on the remote and it disappears only to come back every minute or two.  How can I disable this feature. Thanks

What menu?  From what device? (Roku media player? Roku TV? Non-Roku TV attached to Roku?)

Does it look anything like a store demo mode?

The menu appears in Roku TV every couple minutes.  Disappears when I press exit on remote. then reappears.

What does the menu SAY?   This might be a menu for a demonstration mode that can be enabled for demo units in a store.

Roku TVs (not other Roku devices) have a store/demo mode that can be selected during initial set up. There is no provision in the user interface to change this later. To get out of store mode you do a factory reset (Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset) and set up again from scratch. When asked, select home use instead of store/demo.
