Hello, I received an email for a survey on my overall satisfaction, and I do get those annoying "TCL TV Roku' advertisements from them, I did mention those annoying popups, hopefully, they can tell us or guide us on how to remove them, so we all can enjoy the Roku TV...... and we shouldn't have to deal with unsolicited ads on our TV.

Popups? I've never had a popup ad on my Roku device.

Now, if you have your TV set to Store or Demo mode (not sure TCL terminology) it will put stuff over the display. Don't use Store/Demo mode if that's what's going on.

@Blake12, if you're waiting for a response from Roku here you're not likely to get one as this "community" is mostly users helping users  and if you do you're likely to not be all that happy with it.  As @DBDukes suggested, your TV is probably in store/demo mode.  Go through all the menu settings and see if you can locate something that refers to it.  If you can't, you may have to factory reset your TV and this time don't choose store/demo mode.
