Only a Roku TV is capable of viewing Live TV. You won't find a Live TV tile on any Roku player.
To watch live TV, you must change the TV's input from the HDMI port the Roku is using to the OTA tuner. There should be a button on the remote for changing inputs.
The only way to watch OTA TV on a Roku player is with a 3rd party network tuner, such as the HDHomeRun box. Then you use an app/channel on the Roku to access that tuner. But the Roku player itself has no way to watch OTA TV from the tuner internal to your TV set.
