adding new ports when a couple were accidentially removed?

I accidentally erased a couple of HDMI ports while setting up my soundbar (which seems to be working okay). I want to add a PS3 and/or a DVD player choice back into the system. Which means 2 ports (as I have now) is not enough. How do I do that? Can I do it by just doing a total system reset? Is there an easier way to just add a couple of ports back to my existing list of activities? Does just changing the name of a port (e.g., TV to DVD) automatically do all the re configuring I need for the new activity for a port?

Yes Reset it. Its fast.

Do not do a factory reset.
