Win 10 streams to Roku Premiere?

Does Win 10 stream to Roku Premiere? If not, which Roku devices will Win 10 stream to?

The reason for the question is that Win 10 does not support my current Roku 2, apparently -- does not even see the device in the Bluetooth-and-related device list --, altho' the Roku 2 works fine off the internet. I want to get a Roku device that will work, but I don't see any reliable information about that.
