Why does a person search sometimes seem to fail? Often I'll search for the name of someone who does have content. When I highlight the person's name, it will say something like "7 movies on Roku" and "1 shows on Roku" [sic]. When I then click on the name or hit the right arrow, all that shows up is the word "Filmography" and a left and right arrow. No list is present and no further navigation is possible, other than going back.
