When I login to my peacock account it says to manage subscription I have to login to my roku account. But when I do that it only gives me the option of canceling my peacock sub instead of upgrading it.

There may only be one subscription type available through Roku.  To be honest, your better off cancelling your subscription through Roku and subscribing directly through Peacock.
