Walmart Onn tv with built in Roku cannot set to 4k 60fps

To activate my 4K 60 frames per second on Roku I know where it’s located on the menu to display option is not there. Do I have to activate it on my 0NN TV settings before I can activate it on Roku? It keeps streaming everything in HDR. Thanks ahead of time.

Its not clear whether you only have a Roku TV, or a Roku TV and another Roku plugged into it.

If nothing else works, I suggest the Restart, or Reset TV Audio/Video settings.

Restart the TV

To restart the TV, navigate to Settings > System > Power > System > Restart, and then press OK to confirm restart.

Reset audio/video settings

To reset only the TV picture and audio settings to their original values, navigate to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset > Reset TV audio/video settings.
