I received the offer to upgrade a Roku Express. I do not see an expiration date on the offer. I tried to reach support to ask and there is no phone or email contact information. (Great upselling job, folks, sheesh!)
1. When does the offer expire?
2. Will the Roku 2 XS continue to play Netflix, CSB All Access and the Roku Channel?
3. I have a second Roku, a LT. Can I get an offer for that one also?
4. Will you make publicly available a list of the channels that will not be streamable if we do not update? That seems to me to be an important bit of information that is user friendly/helpful.
