Updated new Roku

I have a Roku....but am having issues with it so I want to purchase a new one...will I lose my apps or will all channels still be available?

The apps currently tied to your Roku account will automatically be downloaded to the new device and to any device on the same Roku account. 

Note: there is one exception to this, YouTube TV, due to the current contract dispute. https://support.roku.com/article/1500009007722

If Janet34 has YTTV on their account it will load to any new roku too still. Just new roku owners without YTTV on their accounts can't get the app at this time.
