Unable to open channels from Home Screen

I am unable to open any of my channels from the Home Screen. I tried Paramount + FoxNow and get black screens, when I go back to Home Screen all the icons are gone and each square is flashing. How do I fix this??

That sounds like something network related. Maybe your network, maybe your ISP. You can restart your network devices and restart the Roku and see if that resolves it.
