Why is it so hard to change my email address? Have tried and tried and cannot do it. Why do you people make such a simple thing so difficult? I could not even get to Account Information, which is where I was directed to go to change my email address. I kept getting blank pages. Also, your website is very slow at times and even freezes up! This is unacceptable. It should be easy to change an email address!! Also, it is impossible to contact an agent or anybody at Roku-I tried that too. Shame on you.
Your email is your account, if you want to use a different email address you will have to set up a new account, then factory reset each roku device and then sign back in using the new email and roku account.
