Bought an ultra. It comes up to language screen, then select your wired or wireless, does the update, then resets. It never goes past the update screen. Any help?

If you are connecting via wireless, try wired for the initial setup.  If wired, try wireless.

Barring that, if you have access to another WiFi network (such as a Phone HotSpot), try initial setup with that.
