Took me two hours to set up all the channels and when electricity goes out I will lose them?

Ugh!  After two hours of linking everything to my cable company, we moved the plug and it's all gone.  Is there a way to keep this from happening.  We live in a hurricane area where electricity is lost sometimes.  What a pain this would be.  Thank you!

If you mean selecting channels to add to your roku profile, then they should always be there IF you are logged into your account. For instance, I have two rokus, one in my rv. It is only powered when I'm camping and have power. It always has the exact same channels as my always on roku at home, once connected to wifi.
