TCL Roku TV running 10.5 unable to connect

Roku Model Number: C169X

TCL Model: 65S433

Serial Number: X00000FEL3V2

Software Version10.5.0 build 4201-93

Just pulled the TV out of the box and I cannot connect to anything.  Can you please provide me a version of Roku that is functioning.  After having read the forums it looks like 10.0 is a working version.
