Subtitle translation possible?

Is it possible to change the subtitle translation?

That is dependent upon the app and service. Roku does not do translations or generate captions. It will display captions, of course, if the source has the captions, but the language of the captions and subtitles is entirely dependent upon the source content.

I'm not sure what you mean by that. If you're asking about the location of the subtitles/captions on the screen -- top, bottom, etc. -- then no, that is not a Roku function.

Roku does allow for changes to the color, background, and font type & size, but not all apps recognize and honor those settings.

Only if you want to do the work to display them yourself using an overlay over the video.  Possible, but it would be a lot of work.
