String of bad products

Was someone asleep at the factory for an entire month or something? Two weeks ago I had to purchase and immediately return two Roku Express+ because they wouldn’t even power on. The light just blinked a little and then turned off. So I decided to upgrade to the Premiere and it turns on but has the same problem I have seen posted on here before that the Roku loading screen just stays on for hours until we unplug it in the hopes of restarting it and praying that it actually gets past that screen. 8 times out of 10 it does not. I have the roku plugged directly into an outlet 24/7, I have factory reset it (multiple times over) and the problem persists. Until now we have LOVED Roku products. We have two other Roku express, and a roku tv in the house. We have never had a problem before. To make matters worse this website is lacking any form of direct contact to customer service. Now I am left to post this rant in the hopes that someone from customer service will actually contact me, and hopefully help me by sending me a product that is NOT defective.

Today I bought a roku premiere at Walmart to replace my roku sticks. Our old roku three now rest in our living room working just fine. Well I started to set up the new roku premiere and all was going well until I tried to log into our wi-fi network. The premiere would not connect. I did all the little tricks to get it function. THEN to top off my 2 hours plus of frustration the remote which is IR stopped functioning when I selected English. So I selected another language. It started to work but I could still not log in to either one of our wi-fi networks.  The premiere just does not work. When will I get a product from roku that works like it was designed to? 

THEN I tried to put one of our roku sticks back in service...the remote still won't pair. 

I give up 100%. I give up...Maybe after I return this Item I'll go to Best Buy and buy an amazon fire stick. I don't know. I'm very frustrated.

I was going to return my premiere device to Wally World ,i.e. Walmart, but I decided to give it one more shot. AND...it connected amazing-ling easy! Praise the Lord. Amen!
