What’s the procedure for getting our money back due to Roku cancelling the Spectrum app?
I mostly use only the Spectrum app. My FOUR Rokus are now completely useless to me. Roku, to what address should I send them all back to you for my full, prompt refund?
Who even leads this **bleep** company to pull something like this? Complete incompetence and disregard for its customers.
