Sharp Roku tv crashes when it gets to enter email address
I've tried everything suggested. tv isn't connected to cable service. wifi is verizon. I've unplug the TV and the wireless router waited and plug them in I've use the reset button on the back panel and now it still says enter your e-mail address crashes when it goes to the keyboard screen before I did the update it was crashing randomly but at least it did let me see a few seconds of TV. Please don't suggest I go to the menu screen or settings screen I cannot get past into your email address before the TV cuts off and restarts again with enter your email address
