Screensaver does not work

So I bought a new roku tcl TV and one of the issues I’m having is I wanted to change the theme, background and screensaver. I was able to change the background but when it comes to the screensaver it always restores to the default and never comes up with the fish tank screensaver I selected I have tried multiple times to fix it my restarting etc. can someone help?

if u are trying to use the ROKU developer aquarium screensaver, it doesn't even load up on my TV. In fact,  it won't even launch at all, can "add" it to my list of screensavers, but even get a failed message when attempting to preview it. I finally removed/uninstalled it from my downloaded screensavers altogether.  New issue I am having now is other downloaded ones are disappearing completely from my TV and have to redownload them. 😒

The screen save on my Roku ultras won’t come on at.  The Roku just turns itself off.  Thought maybe I needed a new one, even though these aren’t two years old, but it happened on both of them.  I have tried everything I know to get them to not turn off and go to the screen save and nothing works.  Any ideas?

@australianartis, did your devices recently update to 10.5?  Check the software version under Settings->System-About.  There's definitely some screensaver issues with that update.  It also added a new setting under Settings->System->Power for "Auto power savings" that affects things.
